The unique nature of a previous addition lended itself to the design of a new Master Bedroom and Master Bath. An addition to the rear of the house maintained an open air gathering space while enclosing the usable rooms on the second floor. A master bedroom was enlarged with a new walk out Balcony overlooking the rear property. A Master Bathroom was also added off of the bedroom with his & her sinks and a Jacuzzi tub. Special attention was given to weather infiltration as the floor to the addition was exposed to the weather.
This project is still currently under construction. The shell is complete and interiors are underway.
